Description

Power Surge is unlocked via Azariel the Sunbringer
Usage
Power Surge creates a 4 second shield that can be used to increase movement momentarily to dodge an attack, or to absorb a portion of the attack damage if dodging fails. It can also be used to temporarily increase damage output with weapon attacks for fighting or resource gathering.
