How to use
After interacting with the Blood Altar you will be presented with a list of V Blood carriers to track. Which V Blood carriers you can track is dependent on your Gear Score. After selecting and tracking a V Blood Carrier you can find them by following the blood trail, that will be shown on screen every few seconds. The direction it's coming from towards your character indicates the direction that the target is currently at. If the target is dead it will instead show you to their spawn point.
