Description
Cloaks are Blood-Bound items that fit into the Cloak equipment slot. Only one cloak may be equipped at one time. Only Vampires can use cloaks, servants can not.
Cloaks do not have durability.
Cloaks do not add Gear level.
They are divided into 3 tiers (Tier 1 being the lowest and Tier 3 being the highest) and each cloak from a tier has the same effects, just different visuals.
